Gmail. Things Happen.
Because in an earlier post I extolled the virtue of all things Google and of Gmail in particular I thought I would link to this post in Wired reviewing Google's response to the outage. Their mea culpa was refreshingly honest. I would still trust Google to be more responsive to email server outages than just about any other corporate network administrator or ISP. They can afford good technical talent after all.
